Working Principles of Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger

Heat pipe heat recovery decoration is a type of heat transfer element that fully utilizes the principle of heat conduction to quickly transfer the heat of the heating object to the outside of the heat source through the heat pipe. In recent years, air heat pipe heat exchangers have been more commonly used in industrial waste heat recovery, breaking away from the traditional heat transfer mode of relying solely on high air flow fans to achieve good heat dissipation, and the working environment is also quieter.

The heat pipe bundle and shell are the basic components that make up a heat pipe heat recovery. Its shell is a rectangular shape with a partition in the center that divides the shell into two parts: a hot channel and a cold channel. When the hot and cold fluids flow simultaneously in their respective channels, the hot medium transfers heat to the cold medium, thereby achieving heat exchange.
