Last week, the technical and management team of Shanghai Airko Air Conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. was invited to conduct an on-site visit and exchange at BYD's modern production base. As a long-term supporting partner, our self-manufactured fan air handling units and long-range jet air conditioning units have been steadily operating in multiple production workshops across the plant. This field trip served both as an on-site inspection of delivered project outcomes and a research tour to benchmark against an industry leader and learn lean manufacturing philosophies.

Upon entering BYD's smart factory, every member of our team was deeply impressed by its neat and streamlined production layout, standardized rigorous site management, and closed-loop full-process quality control system. Guided by the plant operation and maintenance staff, we inspected the operating conditions of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in each workshop one by one. Inside the production workshops, our delivered fan air handling units consistently maintain air circulation, dust filtration and ventilation. In large-span workshops, long-range jet units eliminate the need for lengthy ductwork and deliver precise temperature control over extensive areas, perfectly suited to the high ceilings and vast open spaces of complete vehicle manufacturing workshops. The equipment's long-term continuous and stable operation fully validates the reliability of our products under harsh industrial conditions, and proves that our preliminary design schemes are highly compatible with actual on-site operating environments.

During the on-site exchange session, technical staff from both sides held in-depth discussions covering long-term operation & maintenance, energy-saving retrofits and large-space air distribution optimization for industrial plant HVAC systems. Drawing on years of plant operation experience, BYD's Engineering Department shared management practices for stable HVAC equipment operation under high-load production conditions, and put forward practical optimization suggestions regarding equipment noise reduction, energy consumption control and component durability under year-round non-stop operation. Our technical team carefully documented frontline user feedback and brought real operational data back to the R&D division to lay a foundation for future product upgrades based on authentic working conditions.

For many years, Shanghai Airko has focused deeply on the manufacturing of industrial HVAC equipment. Rather than chasing short-term scale expansion, we adhere to evaluating product quality based on real-world project performance. Our admission into the supply chain of a leading new energy vehicle manufacturer stems not merely from competitive pricing, but from consistent quality control, customized designs tailored to industrial scenarios and full-lifecycle technical support. This on-site visit broke free from the limitation of only reviewing drawings back in our workshops. By engaging directly with end-user operating environments, we gained a clearer insight: the true value of industrial HVAC equipment is ultimately reflected in a stable, orderly production environment for factories.

This visit yielded far more than tangible project achievements; it also allowed us to absorb the pursuit of excellence embodied by this benchmark manufacturing enterprise. Moving forward, Shanghai Airko will continuously incorporate on-site operational feedback to refine the structural design and energy efficiency of core products including fan air handling units and long-range jet units, developing HVAC solutions better adapted to smart manufacturing plants. We will uphold strict quality standards, steadily deepen long-term cooperation with enterprises across the new energy industrial chain, and lay a solid environmental foundation for modern factories with dependable industrial ventilation equipment.
