Overview
Ceiling Mounted Fan Coil Unit is an air conditioning equipment installed on the indoor ceiling. It typically consists of a fan, a heat exchange coil, and a control system. This type of fan coil unit heats or cools indoor air by drawing it in and passing it through the heat exchange coil, then releasing the conditioned air back into the room. Ceiling mounted fan coil units are commonly used in commercial buildings, offices, hotel rooms, and other indoor spaces to provide comfortable indoor environments and temperature control. Its ceiling-mounted design saves floor space while ensuring uniform air distribution.

- Beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance - It adopts galvanized sheet produced by Baosteel, which has no zinc flowers, is not easy to oxidize on the surface, and has strong corrosion resistance. There is no weld, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The slope design of the water pan is condensation-free - the water pan is formed by one-time integral stamping and processing, and is sloped toward the water outlet. Both sides of the steel plate are pickled and phosphated, and then electrostatically sprayed, which is not easy to leak. The surface is covered with flame-retardant insulation material to completely eliminate surface condensation.
- High heat exchange efficiency. The coil adopts a seamless copper tube string aluminum fin structure. The aluminum sheet adopts a louvered skylight-style slit fin, and the copper tube is 49.52. High-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil is selected. Through hydraulic or mechanical expansion, the aluminum sheet and the copper tube are closely combined, and the heat exchange efficiency is increased by 10%. The test pressure of the unit is 1.6Mpa to ensure no leakage.
- Ultra-low noise - The core component of the coil adopts a hot-dip galvanized multi-blade centrifugal fan that conforms to the principles of aerodynamics. After strict dynamic and static balance testing, the unit runs smoothly and the noise is lower than the national standard.
- 80,000 hours of trouble-free operation - the motor adopts a 110-type 24-slot copper core motor, the motor bearing is treated with moisture-proof sealing, no lubricating oil is required, and it is equipped with an overheating protection device. The temperature rise is low, and the motor runs stably without any special circumstances.
- The DC variable frequency fan coil unit adopts a DC brushless motor, which is close to perfect in noise when running at low speed, and the operating power is 1/3 of that of ordinary fan coil units. Randomly configured with a brand thermostat, intelligent control and monitoring of indoor temperature and humidity.
