Air Handling Unit (AHU) is a crucial component of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, responsible for regulating and circulating air. AHUs are used in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, and residential complexes, to maintain indoor air quality and comfort.

Functions and Benefits of AHUs
- Air Filtration and Purification: AHUs filter and clean the air, removing contaminants and ensuring a healthy indoor environment.
- Temperature Control: They provide precise control over heating and cooling, maintaining desired indoor temperatures.
- Humidity Regulation: AHUs adjust humidity levels to enhance comfort and protect sensitive equipment or materials.
- Ventilation: They introduce fresh air and expel stale air, reducing CO2 levels and maintaining air quality.
- Energy Efficiency: Modern AHUs incorporate energy-saving features such as heat recovery, variable speed fans, and advanced control systems.
Blower:Blower bearings use lubricated precision ball bearings, and the outer seal ring of the bearing is made of polyamide rubber, which is resistant to high temperatures and can absorb vibration and mechanism noise. The impeller of the purification series air conditioner fan is made of high-quality steel plate (backward-inclined impeller is configured as required), which is more in line with the specific shape of aerodynamics, with high efficiency and low noise.

Surface cooler: The copper tube and aluminum sheet structure is adopted. The copper tube and aluminum sheet are tightly combined by mechanical or water pressure expansion, and tested by 1.6Mpa air pressure to ensure the minimum contact thermal resistance to achieve the best heat transfer effect. The condensate tray is made of high-quality steel plate or SUS304, double-layer filled with polyurethane foam, and the slope design is more conducive to the discharge of condensate, which has obtained the national patent

Filter: Primary, medium and high efficiency filtration sections are equipped with differential pressure gauges to monitor the initial and final resistance of the filter, providing a scientific basis for filter replacement. Primary, medium and high efficiency filters, as well as photohydrogen ion, high voltage electrostatic and electronic purification filters can be configured according to requirements.
