Ps:1.The above correction factors are determined based on the average values of various units. For small units (05~15), multiply by 0.95; for large units (50-200), multiply by 1.08.
2.The above correction factors are approximate values and are for reference only.

Correction under different wind speeds, inlet air temperature, and water temperature conditions:

Actual cooling capacity = Cooling capacity from Table 1 × K1 × K3
Actual water flow = Water flow from Table 1 × K1 × K3
Actual water resistance = Water resistance from Table 1 × K2 × K4

Example: Selecting YG-20 air conditioner, the cooling coil face wind speed is 2.5 m/s. According to Table 1, the cooling capacity is 150.8 kW, water flow is 26.21 m³/h, and water resistance is 14.07 kPa. Determine the actual cooling capacity, water flow, and water resistance when the inlet air dry-bulb temperature is 27°C, wet-bulb temperature is 21°C, inlet water temperature is 7°C, and outlet water temperature is 12°C.

Solution: From Table K1, the correction factor K1 = 1.14. From Table K2, the correction factor K2 = 1.27.
Therefore:

Actual cooling capacity (Q) = Standard condition cooling capacity × K1 = 150.8 × 1.14 = 171.91 kW

Actual water flow (V) = Standard condition water flow × K1 = 26.21 × 1.14 = 29.88 m³/h

Actual water resistance (P) = Standard condition water resistance × K2 = 14.07 × 1.27 = 17.87 kPa

Note: 1. The unit's performance reference at a headwind speed of 2.5m/s
2. The coil is a dual-purpose coil for hot and cold applications

Advantages

  • The frame is secured with pressurized strips on all sides, completely separating the internal and external metal materials, resulting in a design entirely free of thermal bridges. This design has obtained a national patent.
  • The fan bearings use lubricated precision ball bearings, and the bearing outer seal ring is made of polyamide rubber, which is heat-resistant and capable of absorbing vibrations and mechanical noise. The impellers of the air conditioning fans in the purification series are made of high-quality steel plates, and if required, configured with backward-curved blades, resulting in specific aerodynamic shapes for higher efficiency and lower noise levels.
  • The coils use a copper tube fin structure where the copper tubes are tightly bonded with the aluminum fins through mechanical or hydraulic expansion, ensuring minimal contact thermal resistance and optimal heat transfer performance.
  • The condensate drain pan is made of high-quality steel plate or SUS304 (stainless steel 304) as an option, constructed with dual-layer polyurethane foam filling. The sloped design facilitates better drainage of condensate and has obtained a national patent.
  • The system includes initial, medium, and high-efficiency filtration sections equipped with differential pressure gauges to monitor the initial and final resistance of the filters, providing scientific data for filter replacement. The system can be configured with primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters, as well as photo-hydroionization, high-voltage electrostatic, and electronic purification filters, according to specific requirements.

Blower:Blower bearings use lubricated precision ball bearings, and the outer seal ring of the bearing is made of polyamide rubber, which is resistant to high temperatures and can absorb vibration and mechanism noise. The impeller of the purification series air conditioner fan is made of high-quality steel plate (backward-inclined impeller is configured as required), which is more in line with the specific shape of aerodynamics, with high efficiency and low noise.

Surface cooler: The copper tube and aluminum sheet structure is adopted. The copper tube and aluminum sheet are tightly combined by mechanical or water pressure expansion, and tested by 1.6Mpa air pressure to ensure the minimum contact thermal resistance to achieve the best heat transfer effect. The condensate tray is made of high-quality steel plate or SUS304, double-layer filled with polyurethane foam, and the slope design is more conducive to the discharge of condensate, which has obtained the national patent
